Parinayam Movie
“Vivah” (transl. Wedding / Marriage) is a 2006 Indian romantic drama directed by Sooraj R. Barjatya. Starring Shahid Kapoor and Amrita Rao, the film follows their journey from engagement to marriage. Released by Rajshri Productions. Kapoor and Rao’s performances earned them Best Actor and Best Actress nominations at the Screen Awards. The movie was also simultaneously released in theaters and online, a first for Indian cinema. It was dubbed in Telugu as “Parinayam.”
